What is a Brand

A brand is a feature or set of features that distinguish one organisation, product or service from another. 

A business brand is the unique identity of a business. It’s how your customers will recognise your business from you competition. This identity runs deeper than just a logo, its about your service, product quality and business culture. Your brand needs to expand across all advertising, marketing, staff training all the way down the stationary, uniforms, customer service and the way your business operates. 

Good branding is a way of building trust with a customer, they know what to expect from your products and services, most importantly it differentiates your business from your competitors.
